"Easy return and fast refund"
I accidentally ordered the wrong box of lenses and had to send them back, but the whole return process was really straightforward and I was surprised by how quickly the refund came through, with no chasing, no awkward back and forth, and none of the usual hassle you half expect when returning something online, so it was a proper relief. I’d happily use Lenstore again.

"So relieved I found Lenstore"
I’ve ordered from Lenstore a few times now, and it’s been such a relief. They always seem to have my exact lenses in stock, which means a lot because my prescription can be a real pain to find anywhere else. The ordering process is really simple too, so I’m not wasting time jumping between different sites and getting frustrated. I’m genuinely really happy with the service.

I’ve used Lenstore a few times now, and for me it’s been a easy choice. The prices are usually better than what my optician charges, and my lenses have arrived quickly each time. I like that I don’t have to make a big thing of it, I just order what I need, it turns up, and I feel like I’m saving a bit of money

I ordered my usual contact lenses from lenstore.co.uk and everything in the box was correct, same prescription, same brand, and the quantity matched what I paid for. I’m only giving 4 stars because the packaging was kinda squashed when it arrived, but the lenses themselves were totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with the accuracy of the order and I’d use them again
